Presenter Guide- Oral
a. Please prepare the length of your presentation material in accordance with your time allotted. Please refer to the Final Program online for actual presentation schedules. You are kindly requested to be in the presentation room at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
b. Please use English as your presentation language. Be considerate to the other speakers and audience by staying within your allocated time. The allocated time for your presentation includes a discussion. This is essential to ensure adequate time for questions and discussion as well as adherence to the schedule. Please discuss the same material as reported in your abstract submission. At the end of the meeting, all presentation files will be destroyed.
c. For those who attend the meeting online, please check your session online ZOOM meeting ID and use the passcode you receive before the conference commencing to log into the ZOOM meeting. Please keep mute when it is not your turn for speaking.
Presenter Guide- Poster
a. Each presenter will be provided a poster space of poster board. Poster boards are pre-assigned and marked with your poster number assigned. Your printed poster should be 1 x A0 size in portrait format, measuring 1189 mm height x 841 mm width maximum. Your presentation must cover the same material as the accepted abstract.
b. Place your Abstract Title and Author Name(s) prominently at the top of the poster to allow viewers to identify your abstract easily. Presenter’s Name should be underlined and in Bold Letterings.
c. You have complete freedom in displaying your information in figures, tables, text, photographs, etc. in the poster. You may wish to structure your poster by including the background of your research followed by methodology, results and conclusions
d. Please print out and bring Along your poster to the meeting and get your poster pasted ready on the poster board before 8:30am of Oct. 27. Adhesive tapes and scissors will be available at the conference nearby the poster boards. If you have special needs for your poster presentation, please bring those supplies with you to the meeting.
e. The poster presentation duration is 8:30am of Oct. 27 to 11:30am of Oct. 28 at the poster zone on the second floor in/close to session meeting rooms. There will be a 30-minuter in-person poster session during 5:50-6:20 in the afternoon of Oct. 27. Be at your poster during the in-person poster session. You will display your poster and be available for viewers to ask questions about your research and how it is represented on your poster. You are encouraged to be at your poster for as long as able for an uninterrupted presentation and to interact with the viewers.
f. Best Posters will be announced in the conference closing ceremony after Judges view posters in advance and rank them according to scientific merit and poster design.
